Spells: Levitating when not buffed

today makes the second time this week that I have logged on to my toon levitating without the buff. Even after playing for several hours on Tuesday it never wore off, and I had no way to remove the effect. Wednesday it was behaving as it should, but logging in just a little while ago, (on Thursday), I was levitating again without the buff.

You most likely logged in next to a boat as it was passing by, this can happen as a side effect and you will remain levitating until zoning/logging. Tons of post on this, moving to resolved.
