Default Debuff after zoning?

I was fighting near the zone line in Najena, I had just got buffed by a druid, had 8-9 buffs on me. I zone out of Najena into Lavastorm while getting beat on, I did not die, an all my buffs that were casting on me 5 mins ago poofed. Even my personal buffs. This happened again to my personal buffs. My personal buffs were on me for like 1-2 mins an I zoned while getting beat on an they poofed?!? Wtf?

Not a bug. When zoning on low life you'll lose buffs and this is the fix, previously you'd just die.

Thanks to Rogean for that fix.

As I recall, it had something to do with how buffs are added to your character's state information after zoning. If you zoned with less than what the buffs added to your health, upon reentry on the other side the server would consider you dead because your buffed state isn't considered first. Now the buffs are simply stripped so you don't end up unfairly dead.

The hp total of your char must not be less than your chars HP with gear, minus any buffs, or you lose all buffs upon zoning.
