Quad in OT. The succulents, cockatrice, and sarnak berserkers seem less resistant than the other mobs.
Also, quadding pirates on FV cliffs is good.

Quad the tundra yetis in DL, you wont run out,little competition, low hp, all of them are similar level so you wont have to deal with as much hp variance as OT. You can stay till 44.

Can do the snakes in splitpaw I think at that level, should be decent exp, you can charm them or root rot. They are in the water which sometimes gets annoying but there's a ledge next to the hiding gnolls who aren't KoS to fight. Easy to just invis and drop off the bridge down into the water and start slaying.
