I think that's how it easily looked for anyone outside the raid scene. It took rule changes plus half the server roster to start competing with and shit talking the top guild. I'm not part of the raid scene so I can't say for sure.

The only time Aftermath was ever on top was after Sirken lashed out at Awakened in a fit of incel rage and raid suspended them out of existence. Riot as top dog is just the natural order of p99 now that Sirken's fat thumb is no longer on the scale.
