Bat Wings as a Lowbie Troll Shaman?

So, im barely 23 thus far... Taking my time and exp // exploring the zones I never did in live. but ive wanted to Lev myself for some runs between zones, like anything kunark, and lake rathe etc....

Of course I recall the inn in EC that sells them; but I don't have the tools/resources to work on Freeport faction just yet. So I check the wiki; and realized I can buy them in Oggok. Awesome.. but no not really... make the trek to oggok, only to Quickly realize im solely KoS to the shaman guild masters (being troll innoruuk).

Well, after cussing up a storm and rage quitting for a 5min cig (shits classic.) I had to exercise my uncommon sense before I realized I could just make a lvl 1 ogre, consent myself, and drag my body to a safe spot... Durrrr... So, after 30min CR (was bound in OT, smart me...) and 30min of camping in/out I finally got all my stuff back....

My only obvious option is to ask someone else to purchase the bat wings for me in EC//Oggok; which I will probably be doing tonight... and ill probably do the Freeport faction grind later on, post 34... Otherwise im currently exp'ing in kunark; and it appears there are several bat wing iksar merchants in their respective zones; so its plausible I can eventually achieve the Cabilis faction to buy them there... but probably not anytime soon.

But, my question is; where can a Lowbie Troll Shaman purchase bat wings? I assume its wishful thinking, but im hoping someone knows of a troll friendly merchant that sells bat wings that the Wiki may have missed somehow?

Alternatively you could buy a few gems (they have a good resale value) and could drop a few on the ground, pick up with lvl 1 ogre alt, and buy some batwings and drop those on the ground again.

I asked a nice guy in commons to buy me 5 stacks around level 20.

I still have 2 of those stacks left now at 59

Ask someone in commons, tell them you can lead them to the merchant that sells them.
That is your best bet.

you can go to EC and ask a stranger to use the merchant for you

or

you could just go kill a few low level bats and farm them. it would take much less effort compared to what you have done so far.
