Quest Issue: Putride bear hide/ disease wolf hides to much xp ?

today i decided to see how much xp my 36 human ranger would get from the turning in the Putrid bear hides /disease wolf hide in the temple of life.


I headed to west karana and spent about 45min and ended up with 12 Putrid bear hides and 10 Disease wolf hide and 1 fleshy orb(lore item).

Ran all this back to temple life and turn all that in for 2 1/2 blue bubble of experience. I was surprised.

so i dug around and found:

"I did this quest nottolong ago with my halfling druid.The Priestess wouldn't tell me about bringing her the pelts,butshe accepted them.
At level 12 I got 2 and a half blue from one putrib grizzly pelt. Woot.
A few rabid grizzlies spawn in Qeynos Hill but you have to watch out for Holly Windstalker.I also found many for bears in both North and west karana.

So is this quest giving out correct experience ?
