Spells: Ice comet nuke message should have changed by now in the timeline

The ice comet nuke message was changed from "skin freezes over" to "skin is rent by massive shards of deadly ice".

I'm not sure exactly when this was done, but logs here quoted by Nilbog show it was already in place by November 2000.

I have perused the spells*.txt files for P99 and do not see this Ice Comet message in them. They should be updated.

Oh wait actually they are in the spells_en.txt, I had just opened the spells_us.txt twice. Might be able to close this.
