Right clicks sometimes won't stay down

Sometimes I experience an issue where my client acts like I released the right mouse button or am repeatedly clicking the right mouse button.

Like when I'm using mouse look I keep having to release the right mouse button and click it again to keep using mouse look. And sometimes it acts like I'm pressing the right mouse button at rapid speeds which results in me looting/inspecting/coning everything my mouse rolls over despite the right mouse button being pressed the whole time.

I'm using wineq in windowed mode. Also, it could a coincidence but it seems to mostly do this when it's raining.

How old is your mouse? What you're describing is what happens to me after I've been using the same mouse for a few years.
