On a new server, especially a PvP server, 1 click of instaheal is pretty OP.
For a halfling who is already close to maxing faction and is low-mid levels, it can also save your butt -- and you're likely travelling back to Rivervale at some point around those levels. After that, it only makes sense for a Druid (Misty Thicket self port) or a Wiz (bind at the NPC, and self-port all around the world) with a manastone. There is also a cleric/pally NPC in Erudin that casts 100hp heal for 2 gold. If you don't mind carrying gold, also not a bad deal. IIRC, when I checked P99 didn't have this quest in or it didn't work. Maybe it was a Velious or post-velious thing? have fun, kids
