Joint damage is best avoided by using higher rep sets (rather than always going heavy) with perfect forum. But we all mess up and end up with some joint pain.

I guess you probably shouldn't lift if your a complete puss.

he doesn't have to be right for lifting to be gay. cardio rules makes u live longer.

Had one of the worst days of my adult life yesterday. Corporate dickhead almost got knocked out in the office. Almost became Muslim again for a second the rage was so powerful. Went home, secluded myself so as not to spread my then current toxicity to my family, and got up early today to blow off steam make (((GAINS)))
