Default UI resetting using Steam (Linux)

I was curious if any of my Linux users out there have a fix for saving your UI. I notice when zoning, my hot keys reset. All other UI stays where I have adjusted it, but not my hot keys. I am running P99 through Steam/ Proton on Pop OS. I have seen others run as admin or changing the compatibility layer to Windows XP with Windows as their OS. I changed my directory folder and UI files folder to be read and write but still no change. I also notice it does not save my login name when logging back in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This was a known bug on green, has it been resolved? Specifically, it was hotkeys 7-10 I believe.

Mine seems erratic at times. Sometimes my menus/ bars stay in place but will wipe my hotkey mappings. Sometimes resolution changes as well. Its a hassle but more nitpicky on my part really. I am using a few compatibility layers so I am assuming its not a quick fix.
