The only part of being extremely intelligent that I doubt is how much room that bag has to swing in that tiny ass room.

Stop it.
This room is bigger than most people’s houses, actually. It was two bedrooms, but the original home owners tore a wall down and made one massive room that spans the entire length of the house. It also has a door that leads to the rooftop and I frequently drag it out there early in the morning. I don’t enjoy hitting it outside as much later in the day because of the attention it garners.

It's a free standing bag that 99% of you couldn't even pick up (trust me, it was insane getting it up 3 flights of stairs even using a dolly). If you're worried about it moving too much, then you can circle around it 360 degrees to counter this.

With a bag on a heavy stand you can't not circle 360 degrees. A bag on a heavy stand is basically a bag that is sitting in a corner. This is terrible for training because in a real fight you need to be moving constantly and working on your foot work. Most of you can probably throw a proper jab while side-stepping left. But most of you probably can't throw a proper jab while side-stepping right. If you're just training where you stand in front of a bag stationary slugging it over and over again, don't expect to see much improvement in your stand up game.

I love having a bag that allows me to constantly circle around 360 degrees in different directions. I prefer this over the heavy bags at the gym for a million different reasons. Then again I'm an extremely experienced fighter who doesn't think putting a stationary bag in a corner and standing there punching it while neither the bag nor yourself move is a good method of training.

I would die if I even tried standing up to attempt punching that bag.

Wouldn't that require female interaction?

Far as I've seen he spends his days sparring with sweaty men, punching his bag and writing essays on the project 1999 forums.

ManifestoJoe seems a more fitting name. He is the undisputed #1 contender for Mace Quest 2.0

Oh nooooo~

Joe got banned, lmao

Not sure what he said that finally did it, but I'm glad for the reprieve from his incessant shitposting. I'm sure he'll be back in a week or whatever though. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
