This is waaaaay too much try hard. I stopped canni dancing in my 40's. It is clearly the way to go if you are stoned out of your mind and do things without realizing you're doing them. But just chill on the dance when you can. You will be saner for it
Just watch the video I posted for an easy way to canni dance.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7K7oSx2vplg

Trying to canni dance every tick is the bad way to do it (which probably makes people insane). This video does it every other tick for an easier and more reliable dance.

As usual, very thorough and helpful -- I also see we have the same tick thing going on where the client tick bounces around. I am going to try this when I get home later today -- this video should be stickied or added into the guide to canni dancing wiki!

I don't know if it's worth it or not, but I'm too lazy to canni dance. I just canni till full and then sit and med.

Y not?

Play how you want. If you like killing something every 30 mins and AFK between, then yeah don't canni dance. If you want to play constantly through those 30 minutes, canni dance gives you more progress in 30 minutes in terms of kills. It's great when you only have like an hour to play and want to do as much as possible. It makes a significant difference before you get Torpor, you can see in the video I posted above how quickly I recover with just canni dance. One of the biggest benefits of a Shaman is cannibalize and it's ability to allow you to recover faster than most other classes.

Either way works, it's based on the person. Insulting people based on how they want to play is just silly.
