Half your Size? He is facing Peter Aerts, a legend in K-1 (albeit he is old as hell even in that gif.) This was the last K-1 GP Finals match. They are also fighting at SHW/OW which is 220+ pounds. In that picture Alistair probably outweights Aerts by 30-40 lbs maximum. Which is really nothing when you see guys like Semmy Schilt who are 6'11 and 315 fighting the same guys.

The best thing about Kickboxing is that, while size matters, it's all about Superior Technique and the ability to target the jaw and put together a good game plan.
