Its really strange that halfling warriors can't be bristlebane. He is the best diety by far not just because of his neutral status making you practically non KOS in evil cities.

I mean if clerics can be bristle then why not warriors? Maybe because warrior life is too straight forward and honest and rigid for a bristlebaner, while cleric life giving vitality comes from the love of mischief and stuff.

Lore is awesome.

In the Warhammer 40,000 lore, for the space elves it is the laughing god / trickster god who protects his followers souls from the eternal damnation fated to any eldar which cross the veil of death. Maybe Halfling Clerics have a similar deal?

As the song goes, "Just remember that the last laugh is on you"...

Perhaps each time a halfling cleric wants to cast a heal or rez, he falls into an alter plane in which he has to beat Death in a game of skill or chance, ala Bill and Ted?
