Lockable bags
Is there a mod for lockable bags here?

This isn't WoW.

Now, now - lots of what we do here in the tech forum is modification of the game, whether it's better UIs or making Norrath's water look less shitty.
And actually, I have to thank you for this question because I started writing up a response and after I got a few paragraphs in, explaining in great detail what it would take to have lockable bags, I was like "what the fuck, why don't I just modify some code myself?" Unfortunately, I don't think there's a real way to enable that option for containers that doesn't involve disassembling and recompiling eqgame.exe/eqmain.dll, but I've figured out a way to modify the UI so that container windows will only be movable when you hover over its name at the top. I'm about 90% done, and I'm just gonna make it an adaptation to Savok's vert UI cause that's the UI that I use. I'm not sure if other UIs already do this or not.

What would even be the use of a locked bag, anyway?

I keep all of my bags stationary and hate it when I accidentally move them around, and I don't want to use the vert UI mod that displays all of your bags in your inventory window because of the potential of losing items. Has been a pet peeve of mine forever.

Oh... I was thinking of locked, as in you need a key to get into.

Oh I get it - because of the lockboxes in WoW haha, I totally forgot about those.

Was also like why do you need to lock your bags? Maybe stop giving out account info???
But what you mean by lockable bags is actually cool and useful
