UI for 2k resolution or Duxa settings help?

I just returned after being gone since just after green launch.

I have the game reinstalled and everything seems to be working well. I used the 10 minute install files from youtube.

The one problem I have is that since the last time I played I upgraded to a 2k monitor. When I try to play in 1080 I get framerate issues I guess because it isn't the native resolution.

I notice the installation I used comes with duxaui. Is there a way to increase the ui size that I am missing? Or does anyone know of another ui that works where I can increase the size of everything? Or can I do the windows scaling thing if I play in windowed mode somehow?

Looking forward to playing again but I have bad eyes to begin with and now that I am in my mid 50s I just can't read the screen anymore!

Hi Slow,

First things first: are you playing on blue, green or red?

If you are playing on Green you will be stuck with the Velious UI and there is unfortunately not many solutions to make it easier to read. Even at 39 I usually find myself having to wear my glasses to play the game without eye strain.

In terms of playing at higher resolutions there are some tricks to get it running properly that will need some digging. I can try to grab those at some point today if someone doesn’t do that here in a reply. Currently on my phone so quick research is difficult.

Sorry if this doesn’t help, just wanted you to have some idea of limitations.

I thought there was a way to upscale the UI through windows but it doesn't seem to be working with this application.

Hi Slow,

Did some digging and found an upscale for 4k monitors that I imagine may work for you. They report it working on Green, so give it a go?
