Wu's Quivering staff has delay of 28, but nonetheless why such a big jump from 27 to 28 delay for the damage bonus? Is there a table or something that shows these bonuses?

It seems like the main hand damage bonus on the PB over-performs the delay bonus on the IFS even though the IFS has a slightly better ratio.

Was it not obvious? 28/30 vs 29/30 is practically the same.

Part is the inresistable stun proc. It’s an extra 4 dps along with the utility of the stun both for damage mitigation and for threat.

The real reason in price it being literal best in slot until you can manage a VP 2hander Trorsmang, TOV 2hander or high end velious DW set of weapons. BiS anything is always inflated in price whether it’s the droppable heirs cloak selling for 15k when 1-2k buys you something nearly as good or the ToV drop that sells for 100dkp when the BiS item goes for 1k-1500. You pay a premium for the best.

As for my TStaff? Not for sale at any price. It’s doubtful my monk alt will see better.
