4+ years of gearing different toons out, don't think I've ever even seen a Boots of the Storm for sale.

Free bump and GL on the Helm though! Seen a couple last year.

Yeah I know the boots are a super long shot =( Can't hurt to try though! Helms are definitely around I've seen a few in the last few months on the forums here.
