Finally remembered to grab a screenshot. It does have a graphic! Forgot I was wearing it in back slot but I like the way it looks as bracer.

Iksar. Worst looking race, worst animations. Just bad. Can't believe people actually choose this race to play. Must be purely min/maxers.
