Back day today. I really overdid it last week. I did about 50-60 pull-ups all together throughout the session on top of my actual workout. Curious to see any increase in reps after resting and eating well for a week.

I've been out of the gym the last 3 weeks moving my gf's furniture around and crap. I mean that's a workout in itself, but I can't wait to get under the bar again. Would really like to squat 400 in 6 months.

I love being in the gym. Plus, as you know, I don't need any more help injuring myself lol. Between snowboarding, barefoot water skiing, and soccer, I got my hands full keeping myself healthy. I do really like the social aspect of crossfit. My last girlfriend was big into crossfit. I would go to her competitions, hang out, and meet a lot of good people. Nothing about it made me want to participate though.

I have definitely enjoyed my time there and there's definitely a sense of camaraderie and competition between everyone. I've also lost about 30 pounds and definitely stronger than I ever was. Yesterday I was C&J 103kg for reps.
