Unknown Error--Cannot log in (11-30-24)

I'm getting the unknown error box popup when I try to log in. 11/30/24. I was able to log in just a few hours ago.

I've definitely noticed more crashing in the past week than ever. It tends to happen in spurts where everything is fine and then it freezes when zoning and it won't let me back in. I will eventually get to a blank server select screen or an empty character list. After 30-40 minutes of trying it will eventually let me back in, but will usually freeze when zoning again. After a couple hours of this it clears up without issue. Super weird.
