Default Logging off...crash to DT.

Almost every time I log off a character I crash to the “white box error that wants to send information to Daybreak” screen, which is especially a DT crash. Does anyone know why this happens and what the fix might be? I’m running Windows 10, if that matters. If you need more info please let me know what you need. Thanks.

I had this problem, the fix was to run it in compatibility mode with service pack 2.

eqgame.exe properties->compatibility tab->check box "run in compatibility mode", choose XP SP 2 from the drop-down.

Looks as though that worked. Thank you very much! I’ve been struggling with this issue for awhile now.
