What would you do?:

1) Release them back into the Mexican desert

2) Give them to random people who claim to be relatives

3) Let them into the US to fend for themselves

4) Keep them safe and fed until their parents are processed

option 2 is the one where the government doesn't steal children from their families. hope this helps
