Default Windows 10 auto updates, game is like graphically lagged and "skips"

Anyone know how i can fix this? I cant turn off the auto update and the only way I can play without my visuals being super Skippy and lagged out is to revert back to the previous update but then it starts auto updating again

Try to make a backup of your eqclient.ini file, and reopen the game to have it make a new file. You will have to adjust a few things like resolution and some game settings but it's something to test. That is with the new windows updates installed.

Just copy eqclient.ini and open it?

Yeah you can just rename the file and when you open the game it will create a new one. Worst case, you just use your backup if it doesn't work.
