late 20s, 29 this month. I do a 6 day PPL split for my weight lifting. 2-3 exercises per part, 3-4 hard sets per exercise to try to get to that sweet spot of 10-20 working sets per week (8-10 a workout 2x a week). I did under 9’ mile cumulative on 5.8 miles total today, pretty good for 55 years old

5’10” 197 lbs, fairly lean pretty muscular, especially upper body

I agree with both above statements, while plastic bottles are pretty fuckin gay, we got bigger problems to worry about than estradiols from the plastic getting into our water supply and we need to stay hydrated anyway.
