Game Mechanics: Firiona Vie guards casting Flame of Light

The guards around Firiona Vie cast Flame of Light (paladin DD), which doesn't come into game until Velious.

I believe some druid mobs also cast velious druid debuff spells, i heard it was just an issue with using the current client. imo ignore this bug and just work on velious instead :P

I dont see how this could possibly be an issue with the current client, these spells need to be taken out of the the npc spell list in the database, and do fix this bug because it is not correct

The drakes on Island 7 and some Eyes on island 2 cast Velious+Planes of Power spells also.

VP dragons cast like PoP-era spells

ashenbone drakes cast blast of poison(torbas poison blast) or something, dont think necromancers get that either until velious/pop
