NPC Spawn Issue: Runnyeye spawn rate

are the mobs supposed to be spawning this fast in there ? I can't even go around as 36 wiz in level 2 because 50% of the mobs are shaman that see invis and respawn in 6min, wiki list it at 22 min , i cant even clear as and med as I go like you can in befallen because they are spawning so fast.

nvm , looks like 6min is normal for trash , just looked at zone respawn on wiki near the zone info
