I am having this problem now. Have internet connection, just cannot reach the server list when I try logging on.
Anyone know the address to the login servers? I want to do a ping/tracert or something to check whats going on.

Update: The only thing that was able to get me in was using a free "Betternet" VPN. I was using mobile phone at the time, so no "router" to speak of I am afraid.

Check your eqhost.txt file and see if its pointed at the emulator address or the original Sony address. I'm having problems unzipping the files from P1999 and noticed it did not replace the hose file with the correct one.
