With P99's current community it'd be more like best of the worst imo

Since the start of the year, there have been two attempts at player run PvP events, and both events combined had a grand total of zero people sign up. zero. Its amazing to me that people will spend all day tracking a mob for some loot but wont use said loot have a fight with another player.

People on p99 love to talk trash on the forums but they absolutely will not duel you unless they believe they have a major advantage on you in gear or skill. Before I hit 60 and got some decent gear, I tried to duel numerous people (including most of dial a port) and nobody was interested at all.

Shout out to cecily (and the person she beat, cant remember the name) for being the only exception I've seen in the last six months.
