I am curious to know if anyone has done this quest with a Dark Elf. I can MQ the seal and get her the head but turning in seems like an impossible task unless the questgiver can be mezzed or charmed or the DE can raise her faction high enough to make turn in a posable Thanks for any help or advice.

I've done it on a Dark Elf Wizard and Iksar Shaman and just needed a wolf form

Quest can be done at dubious or better

It can be done. However if you killed any guards, say bridge guards in NK it will tank your faction to a point wolf from wont help. Did this on my Iksar SK. You can fix that faction quick by doing the brandy quest at the the Qeynos docks inn.
