What do people use Puppet Strings for?
I should know this but I don't.
I know it's used to do the OT Hammer quest but there has to be more to them... right? | ||

You can use them to grab a pet to help get you out of a tough spot or kill a mob you couldn't solo otherwise. A tank can use them to generate aggro. Can use to complete the OT hammer or other quests that require certain faction from a mob.
Probably more, but those are the main ones I know. | ||

It is just a powerful effect. You can use it to break camps you might not otherwise be able to break solo, an instant click CC for sketchy situations, aggro, quests, Etc. There is a solo fungi king video of a monk and he uses strings to pull it off.
