Thank you for clarifying that point about community adhesion. I think I got caught up in the alarmist socialism = inevitable communism definition someone put up earlier.

You do realise that with socialised health care available you can still chose to use private alternatives? And even within the socialised health care system you would have redundancy in which doctors you could use?
Well there are plenty of arguments there. People from all other world come to the US to work in the healthcare system. We have a large number of people from India, Middle East, all over the world. The reason for this is because the pay rate is determined by the market of what someone wants to pay for a doctor. If the government were to tell them they are on a socialized program, they decide the rate of their pay. This stops people from wanting to come to America for their opportunity of a good life due to years of schooling. This also puts us on the cutting edge of medicine.

In our system, they are advocating for government selected pay system. Since they are looking to reduce costs and socialize everyone for healthcare, they will pick your doctor and the rate the doctor will be paid at a convenience to the government to make sure the program is working and so you aren't driving 2 hours away to a doctor 5x the cost because you make more.

There are advocates for a mixed system. The problem with that is I work in risk management for an insurance company. Insurance is always a pool with either profit or loss. Losses are always changing. While the rich would be paying in more to help offset what the poor can't afford, it's always the question of at what curve? What adjustments do you need to make? Insurance is never great at this unless they are just charging a very high premium to cover any future losses. It's basically a business and the people always do those better. Can look up the private police force in Texas I cited earlier, our USPS system is terrible and considered one of the worst for shipping, prison systems are underfunded, education is underfunded, infrastructure is underfunded, can go on and on.

I disagree that the free market within America's healthcare is what brings foreign health workers to America.

Many Indian doctors stay in India (where I believe there is a highly developed public health system), others come to the UK (which again again has a national health system and is largely Indian friendly, though I will freely admit there are still plenty of 'send them home' types), others still head to the USA, or all over the world!

There is a global market on health care experts, and it doesn't really matter if the employer is a private company or a government body, all of these nationalised and private health systems are competing to attract doctors from all over the world. There is actually a free market on doctor pay globally which all providers compete on, regardless of if they are private or not!

"In general, the UK is less fast paced than the US, particularly the 6 year programs. They learn more clinical medicine and do less work related things than in the states. Students in the UK are free to come and go in the wards as they choose but are given less responsibilities and opportunities, while in the US during your final 2 years you are given a job and you must show up. Your hours are long as a US clinical student. As a resident, UK doctors work less hours, but their training is longer. As a staff, UK doctors work less hours but also get paid less than US doctors."

From an Indian doctor when the question was posed "Why do Indian doctors come to the US?"

"This is in pursuit for better life. Doctors earn better and lead a very prosperous and safe life there in US. In comparison to US,In India, a very few doctors live that prosperous life."

And yes I agree, the world is capitalist.

Have you ever ordered a package from them or gone to pick it up? They lose shit all the time, their employees hate their job and they never pick up the phone. Overworked, understaffed, and behind on tech.

Does not match my experience in the Seattle metro. Had one misrouted one time I guess. Stuff gets here in 2 days from Illinois. It's really pretty okay!

Do you live rural?

Val, seriously. Horza is the Retard of the Retards. You shouldn't let him bait you into these day long convos. Same with most of the other libturds whose lives are so pathetic that they have to post online their hate for Donald Trump 24/7 to validate themselves and virtue signal their buttbuddies.

Remember libturds, yes, you control the House.

But who controls the Senate? And who controls the White House?

Not you, you dumb F! na na na-na, na na na, hey hey hey, you suck
