No, I've heard that "some people" didn't get the lockout bug, while others did. But in reality it was that some people came from teal and had their /list lockouts reset. it wasn't some radom bug or quirk. Teal is just getting welfare legacy items.

I have had several lists reset on Green, no idea what you are talking about OP however no one will argue that the /list system reset mechanism is working properly

I believe he means that the lockout was reset for Teal players while ignoring the lockout timer. Meaning a Teal player could have camped a manastone the day before the merger, and immediately joined the list again after the merger. Maybe I misunderstood the rant lol

I find it kind of lame, but it doesn't really effect me in any way so /shrug
