Because this is mostly a Beta version of a future classic server and Correct Classic is better.

Barbarians don't like rogues at all. A barb rogue is dubious to other barbs. The half-elf rogue in my static group had this exact same moment when he tried to sell in Halas after one of our trips to Perma.

This is true. Barbarian Rogue guild is enemy to other Barbarian guilds. Only thing that saves you is that you are actually a Barbarian. once you take race out of the picture its enough to tip the scales into KoS

Halflings are so cute and harmless! Those half-elves, on the other hand... if they had any lands of their own they'd surely have ruined them by now.
