It is a custom one that Prismar from ST made but he doesn't play much anymore. You can ask anyone in his farm crew if they would be willing to share the UI though. They are Quicken, Eklorin, Dwarlis, Venpunch. Some folks in ST may also be willing to share.

Sounds like Prismar is a UI wizard. Legit the cleanest UI elements I have seen from a p99 ui. Bummer its not public.
