Back when I was exploring tofs, I read through old allakhazam posts since I too thought it was a bug, but the old posts just confirmed that the current behavior is correct for the velious timeline. Hopefully, the guy above linked the relevant posts.

Based on OP, it sounds like you can click a floor 4 key in mirror room to get to floor 4, evidence I linked showed that the mirrors are broken and should not function this way. You are correct in that the master key should only allow access to the mirror room, and nothing else.

Yup. Tserrina's Key only brings you to the mirror room, and you need the Large Metal Key, dropped by VhalSera on floor 6B, to open the door outside the mirror room and get into Floor 7 proper. Working as intended for this era.
