I haven't touched the newest Mechwarrior because of the consolitus. Like nearly everything after Vista/360 standards screwed the hobby. Making the two into some bastard-hybrid piece of shit while pushing The Cloud into place.

All that for damn thumbsticks.. I swear its the mentality of an asshole.

You see, Farmer Joe is alone out there but Gov and Gangs have full-automatics. The only public that counts is blue city-dwellers who have reasonably compromised, Farmer Joe is their problem.

They tried bringing The Hood to The Farm with CHAZ/CHOP, they killed a few people and planted a hippie-garden on cardboard but things didn't work out well, turns out you have to be extremely organized and have a lot of know-how to feed a large number of people using skeleton crews only.

Edit: Imagine grooming a whole generation of pseudo-chads to put AR15 stickers on their luxury trucks (don't even have straight axle, too rough would spill the Starbucks).
