Game Mechanics: Clickies shouldn’t work as a hotbutton

Activatable items, such as Journeyman's Boots, can now be activated by the corresponding number-key if placed in a hotbox.

Prior to August 2000, players could not place activateable items in their hotbar and activate them with a keystroke. You instead had to right click the item to activate its clicky effect.

I think this is a pretty big change because it forces you to mouse right click an instant clicky to remove global cooldown and being forced to move your mouse to click on a hotbutton takes it away from the center of the screen where you would want it for targeting different mobs.

Is this something that’s possible with Titanium? It’s probably not relevant for about a month until JBoots start entering the game in mass.
