Good aggro clicky. About as good as midnight mallet if you need instant aggro on a dragon.

Instant click charm is pretty handy for an enchanter to have when doing some of unstunnable mobs prior to slow landing. The wand of allure is a much cheaper easier to obtain option, but having 10 charges is pretty nice.

If only eye of zomm were a level 8 MONK ability, elder beads would have no value other than as a fun toy for necros.
