Default Regeneration ticks happen twice

There is a client tick, that gives bad information, and a second server tick that resets your hp/mana to the correct value.

This is a bug, and is easily resolved.

I thought since youre spending time editing the client executable to force people to use the classic models, and spy on our machines, maybe we should focus on classic things that have been forgotten

if you're going to post this every time, maybe make it your signature? also the devs don't typically appreciate being insulted by random people who don't know what they're talking about

The "bug" that is "easily resolved" (??) is due to the difference in tick rates between the current client and the server, and is already "resolved" because of the update ticks sent by the server. This has been well known for probably a decade.

Please use the search function and consult the wiki before adding additional bug reports.
