Specialize skill level dependent...?
My caster reached level 20, and thus the specialization skill kicked in. I noticed that as it moves towards 50, it is not level dependent. But once one of the skills breaks 50, is the range from 51 to 200 then level dependent? That is, a level 20 character is (50 + 05), level 21 is (50 + 10), etc. or can max it out right away?
Also, what is the maximum skill amount? Some of the Wikipages state 200, enchanters (I believe) says 235, and searching for answers before posting had someone state 240. Thanks in advance!

http://wiki.project1999.com/Specialisation
There is a per-level cap that is in-line with your other skills, so at 20 your cap is 105. And yes, you can exceed 50 right away so be sure you focus on the skill you want to exceed 50 since only one can.

Keep in mind you can always reset your specialization with this quest.
Just need a ruby. http://wiki.project1999.com/Respecialization IIRC, Spec 200 should result in a 10 percent reduction in mana usage for what type you go with (e.g. Alteration spell costing 200 mana should cost 190). Spec 50... 2.5 percent?

Edit: typo - 200 mana spell should cost 180.
