NPC Spawn Issue: a black reaver spawn in wrong place

a black reaver spawn at on moat group camp. He was killed 2 hour earlier and he was there also then. when trained he walks back there.

Someone killed a black reaver at that point, causing the next one to spawn there as it's 'home point'...

Basically the black reavers keep respawning themselves where they died several times over. It's fun if you are into that kind of thing.
