how do i retrieve game login info

help i lost my login to game info,
how do i retrieve it?

i have the name of my toon but dont have the sign in name or password.

Step 2b - Loginserver Account
Once you have validated your EQEmulator Forum Account, you must create a Loginserver account by visiting the Loginserver Page. It is strongly suggested that you do not use the same Username and/or Password as the forum account.
Make sure you do not forget this password, it cannot be reset or recovered.

I do hope someone can help you though.
Last year I'd forgotten mine but luckily something jogged my memory and I
then wrote it down

Aww I have the same problem.. Had to reinstall windows and cant remember game login details..
