The Dota 2 Connection

This here's a thread solely for the purpose of connecting those on Project 1999 that also play Dota 2. I would love to see in houses, maybe a team/guild (however those work), and some teaching going on.

Post your Steam ID and I'll keep a neat list going at the top with your forum name that links to your Steam Community page. If it becomes big enough, I'll set up a Steam group so we can set up events for making in houses even easier to set up.

If any invites are needed, they're everywhere. I know I can hook up whoever needs them.

I played DotA religiously in college but skipped LoL entirely.

I downloaded dota 2 last night and played through the training a bit and played a game vs. bots. When I logged back in, it wouldn't let me access any of the training stuff or new player bot matches.

It's "free to play", but I need to pay $10 for "early access"? Or do I just need someone to invite me?

If you want to find people to play with, drop your steam ID so I can add it to the list. We can play some games together. I've got a couple other people from P99 on Steam that play Dota 2 so maybe sometime we can all join matchmaking together.

play dota2 and used to play dota1, have played LoL not a huge fan of it but would consider playing a game, or an aram WEWWWOT

Not to start an ASSFAGGOTS shitslinging thread but ARAM is like the only reason I play League anymore. I hope a similar option is added to DOTA2 at some point. I know the training maps have a mid lane dealie where the river is blocked off. Would be easier than having to sit in player-ran channels and hope that you can find 9 people who aren't AFK and aren't going to grief.
