i started referring to rogean / nilbog as rog-bog awhile ago. It's their celebrity couple name.

So is this why that UN thing was created? To prevent conflict among among all the raiding guilds that have all the spawn timers figured out?

UN was created for amicable agreements and resolutions to raid disputes without involving GMs. It does not work.
