Default NPC Charmed Pets and Despawning Rules

While in CT i noticed that upon charm, a crusader would keeps its pet. The pet would follow the charmed crusader but not attack. Upon breaking however, the pet would re-engage and attack the enchanter.

Camping the Fishbone earring, I petitioned to the GM because I killed the human enchanter and the pet stayed alive. I assume this is probably game mechanics, but if a PC gates or dies, its pet is released, however a summoned pet i do not believe.


A Charmed crusader pet should despawn if it takes a charm.
