Have been thinking about it. EQ2 PvP has to be more complex/have a higher skill ceiling than 1, right?

Both. EQ2 sucked in general. How much open world pvp do you think you'll see with instances and multiple versions of the same zone available?

I was looking at it the other day and i like how many class/race combos there are and that you press more than 1 button as a melee.

I played EQ2 on the PVP server, it was pretty fun actually. Coercers are pretty funny, they get a debuff that makes you take damage when you spend a resource. One of the core abilities everyone gets is "sprint" which makes you run really fast until your endurance or whatever is used up. Coercer would drop that ability on someone running away and they'd take like 100% of their life in damage in a couple seconds and drop over dead.

EQ2 is basically an EQ/WoW hybrid.

No consequence PvP is boring. Fps is better if that's your thing.
