Necro:
- Soul Well staff, DMF robe, PD robe/crown/earring/cloak

Wizard:
- Rend robe (~56 DPS mana free), lure staff (Shissar Elementalist's Staff), PD robe/crown/earring/cloak

Mage:
- Lava diamond staff, PD robe/crown/earring/cloak

Rogue:
- SoW sword, Nightfall (Dooming Darkness proc), Xygoz fang (proc removes DS), PD robe/crown

Cleric:
- Hoshkar staff (great on paper, underwhelming in the real world), PD robe/crown/earring/cloak

Warrior:
- SoW sword, Snare spear, Xygoz fang (proc removes DS), bunch of mostly underwhelming weapons, PD robe/crown

Personal opinion is that it's a tossup between WIZ and NEC. Rend robe isn't quite as much of a game changer as the NEC staves but if you prefer playing WIZ, it's pretty fun to use.

Also obligatory 'but they're removing the Hoshkar CLR staff soon!' because people have been saying it for years but it never seems to happen.

True except for leveling in sub-optimal (no C2/bard, slower, etc) groups, which is nice in the current state of blue population especially off peak hours.

Again, pretty niche.

I’ll add makes eashen guard/ST trash easier with 1 cleric too. After slow can staff +torp and not waste mana.

Kind of depends on some factors. Overall I would say Necro because that staff is excellent and useful forever.

The cleric stick is pretty good too, I've seen some hole groups almost just entirely healed with it depending on composition.

SoW sword is invaluable if you have a melee that would benefit from it.

Aside from the SoW sword it really depends on the warrior situation. The weapons are actually pretty great for threat and leveling if you put them on a lowbie warrior but understand you will be looking to replace them eventually.

Wizard robe is fun, has some use, depends really more on what actually want to play the most.

Heal staff = heal your shaman buddy up if he's low mana, top off necro who lifetap during downtime, top off dps that took a round or two instead of expending mana to do so. It's stupidly good if you don't look at it through the eyes of being a CH chain cleric.

The Necro, Wizard and Cleric definitely benefit much more than the other classes. And they each benefit enough that the primary determinant should be which one you enjoy playing the most. The Necro staff might objectively be the best item, for example, but that doesn't really mean much if you don't play your Necro frequently. So just decide if you want to play your Nec, Wiz or Cleric more over the long term. Because all three will get a lot of mileage out of their top VP item, but a great item sitting on an unplayed character does you no good.

Trick question? Shield of Words is part of the pure AC buff line which does not add to health and hence does not heal in the same manner as the AC/HP spell line or the Symbol spell line.
