Quest Issue: "Werewolf Hunters" quest in North Karana broken

The "enchanted blade" text prompt from Fixxin Followig leading to this quest and the silver bar hand-in that completes it both do nothing on the Green server. Tested with characters at both apprehensive and warmly faction with Fixxin. (Confirmed that this quest DOES work on Blue with a character at apprehensive.)

I don't believe this is implemented until December 2000 era. That should be next month if the timeline is still on-schedule.
